People Made was founded in London back in 2012. We’ve grown a lot since then, but the central idea that drives us remains the same: to close the gap between what’s promised and what’s delivered, authentically connecting the worlds of brand and culture as one.
Today we work with some of the world’s most exciting and pioneering leaders, helping them define meaningful purpose, nurture the right culture and build compelling and differentiating EVPs and experiences. Along the way we’ve connected communities, re-energised global icons and inspired lasting and meaningful change – and collected some amazing awards too.
Common to all of these projects is a genuine passion to uncover hidden truths and explore exciting new opportunities.
Our brilliant London based team draws from a huge depth of global experience and capability; diverse and varied, we share the same philosophy but each bring different capabilities to the table – from strategic thinking, employer brand expertise or creative strategy.
And we do it in a way that moves fast and challenges traditional thinking – can do, entrepreneurial and start-up in attitude. But above all, we’re a people-first culture. A tight squad where people do run club together and parents leave on time for pick up. Oh, and we like karaōke...
