She is passionate about building meaningful brands from the inside out, ensuring every strategy is grounded in robust, actionable insight. Amity combines deep listening with thoughtful analysis to deliver strategies that are authentic, measurable and able to drive meaningful change.
Her expertise spans developing brand vision, purpose and values, defining employer value propositions, and leading annual employer brand sentiment tracking for some of the world’s most ambitious organisations.
