What is a Culture Diagnostic?
A culture diagnostic captures a snapshot of your company culture today. It pinpoints the cultural strengths, threats and opportunities for culture evolution to help your business deliver its strategy. The diagnostic is data-led, based on qualitative and/or quantitative research, listening to your people, understanding how you work, and analysing the mindsets and behaviours that drive your organisation. We then compare this with your business goals and objectives, as well as what your brand and customers need, to determine how effectively your culture is supporting you to achieve your ambitions.

How long does a culture diagnostic take?

We follow a 3 step process to deliver a culture diagnostic.
Discovery: We start by listening to you. What are your ambitions and goals with this report? What questions are you trying to answer?
Research & Analysis: Through qualitative and/or quantitative research, we gather the data needed, looking for patterns in behaviour, language, ways of working and beliefs. Our research can be tailored to be as expansive or targeted as you need, from leadership interviews, and employee focus groups, to anonymous surveys, we can even use the data you provide if you’ve recently undertaken your own research.
Synthesis & Insight: This is where the magic happens. We translate the raw data into a powerful, clear narrative. We deliver not just a report, but a story—the story of your culture right now.
