How we approach your culture diagnostic
We follow a 3 step process to deliver a culture diagnostic.
Discovery: We start by listening to you. What are your ambitions and goals with this report? What questions are you trying to answer?
Research & Analysis: Through qualitative and/or quantitative research, we gather the data needed, looking for patterns in behaviour, language, ways of working and beliefs. Our research can be tailored to be as expansive or targeted as you need, from leadership interviews, and employee focus groups, to anonymous surveys, we can even use the data you provide if you’ve recently undertaken your own research.
Synthesis & Insight: This is where the magic happens. We translate the raw data into a powerful, clear narrative. We deliver not just a report, but a story—the story of your culture right now.
What we deliver
You will receive a comprehensive culture diagnostic report that articulates:
Where you are going: what your business is aiming for, your strategy and objectives for the future
Your current culture: using our framework to cover our 4 core components of culture: how you work together; how you approach change; how you make decisions; how you deliver results
Threats and opportunities analysis: assessing how your current culture supports where your business is going, which behaviours and characteristics are in service of your business, and which are holding you back.
How you’ve evolved: Tracking any changes since your last culture diagnostic (if applicable)
