As a recent graduate, Imogen currently works across the Growth and Client Services, learning about and gaining experience in all aspects of the business. She holds a BA in History of Art and brings prior experience in event management, with a strong focus on brand, visual identity, culture work.
Since joining the team in 2024, Imogen has led the planning and delivery of People Made’s internal Culture events and contributed to cross-functional projects that explore generational insights and workplace transformation. She is passionate about championing the voice of Gen Z and the unique needs that drive this generation, both within internal workplace culture and on projects.
