Redefining what it means to succeed in Law

A&O knew that they had to keep attracting and supporting the very best legal talent to differentiate themselves and remain relevant to clients but – when the smartest candidates are looking for more variety and alternative career paths – A&O needed to redefine what it means to succeed in law. Across a three-year strategic renewal, we helped to redefine and reshape attitudes, practices and policies to activate a brand and culture that catalysed change. Central to this was the development of a new employee promise, new HR process and the development of the Peerpoint brand to help A&O create more flexible pathways for clients and lawyers.
